Butter Garlic shrimp in Seasoning Soy Sauce
Thai Gold head-on shrimp12 oz.
1 slice butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 clove chopped shallot
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 teaspoon corn starch

3 tablespoon seasoning soy sauce
2 tablespoon chicken stock
1 tablespoon sugar
sesame oil and pepper to taste

  1. Thai Gold shrimp with back sliced open, deveined, washed and towel dried
  2. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on shrimp and dust with corn starch.
  3. Heat up 2 tablespoon cooking oil to sauté shallot.
  4. Add minced garlic and shrimp to pan fry in medium heat till both sides turn golden yellow and sprinkle cooking wine.
  5. Add butter and seasoning to cook until sauce thickens
  6. Sprinkle copped green onion and ready serve.
