Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup
8 pieces Thai Gold head-on shrimp
1 can tomato and mixed vegetable soup
½ can sliced mushrooms
1 whole red pepper sliced in chunks
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup water

¼ teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

3 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon fish sauce

  1. Thai Gold shrimp defrosted, deveined, washed and towel dried.
  2. Slice open back of each shrimp and add marinade to mix well. Boil mixed vegetable soup and water.
  3. Add Thai Gold shrimp, sliced mushrooms and red pepper chunks to cook until shrimp are well done
  4. Then stir in seasoning thoroughly and sprinkle chopped parsley to serve.
