Ingredients
8 pieces Thai Gold head-on shrimp
1 can tomato and mixed vegetable soup
½ can sliced mushrooms
1 whole red pepper sliced in chunks
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup water
Marinade
¼ teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
Seasoning
3 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon fish sauce
Method
- Thai Gold shrimp defrosted, deveined, washed and towel dried.
- Slice open back of each shrimp and add marinade to mix well. Boil mixed vegetable soup and water.
- Add Thai Gold shrimp, sliced mushrooms and red pepper chunks to cook until shrimp are well done
- Then stir in seasoning thoroughly and sprinkle chopped parsley to serve.
