Thai Curry shrimp
12 oz. Thai Gold head-on shrimp
1 green pepper
2 red peppers
1 clove chopped shallot
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder

2/3 cup chicken stock
3 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
pepper to taste.

  1. Cut green and red peppers into chunks after washing and cleaning out the seeds.
  2. Thai Gold shrimp with legs trimmed and deveined, washed and towel dried, with back sliced open for improved flavouring.
  3. Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to sauté shallots, minced garlic, green and red peppers in curry powder.
  4. Stir fry Thai Gold shrimp and add cooking wine as well as marinade.
  5. Stir fry until shrimp are well cooked and sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
