shrimp au Gratin
1 1/4 lb Thai Gold headless shrimp
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1 whole diced mid size onion
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 tablespoon evaporated milk


1/4 teaspoon salt
white pepper to taste
1 tablespoon corn starch

3/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon each salt and sugar
pepper to taste

  1. Thai Gold shrimp washed and drained.
  2. Slice open the back of shrimp and devein. Add marinade and mix throughly.
  3. Heat up 3 tablespoon cooking oil to pan fry shrimp until slightly golden on both sides and set them aside.
  4. Melt butter in wok. Then sauté diced onion and minced garlic.
  5. Add seasoning and cheese until it melts. Add shrimp to stir fry till thoroughly cooked.
  6. Sprinkle in chopped green onion and stir well to serve.
