Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb Thai Gold headless shrimp
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1 whole diced mid size onion
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 tablespoon evaporated milk
Marinade
1/4 teaspoon salt
white pepper to taste
1 tablespoon corn starch
Seasoning
3/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon each salt and sugar
pepper to taste
Method
- Thai Gold shrimp washed and drained.
- Slice open the back of shrimp and devein. Add marinade and mix throughly.
- Heat up 3 tablespoon cooking oil to pan fry shrimp until slightly golden on both sides and set them aside.
- Melt butter in wok. Then sauté diced onion and minced garlic.
- Add seasoning and cheese until it melts. Add shrimp to stir fry till thoroughly cooked.
- Sprinkle in chopped green onion and stir well to serve.
